Elle's 7 Figure Salon Story

Adrienne was approached to help Elle, a young ambitious entrepreneur and salon owner who had been in business for 3 years and was extremely passionate and motivated to build an amazing business but was unsure where to start & what to do about it.


After taking a deep dive into the numbers of the business, identifying where the business was losing money, identifying opportunities to increase sales & services we were able to increase the profit margin without having to attract new clients or spend on advertising.


We then focused on Elle's own limiting belief systems that were holding her back & preventing her from creating the business she always wanted.


By providing her with new positive perspectives for the business & focusing her attention on developing solutions & learning new methods and skills to communicate with her team she was able to develop simple systems with the team for the business & build a team culture where the team feel valued & safe to be heard within the business. In the time we have worked together so far, her business has gone from a nice 6 figure salon to a FABULOUS 7 figures - that’s over $1.2m and Elle was nominated as WA State Salon Business Of The Year and Nominated for Australian Business Director/Owner Of The Year 2022.

Liz came to onboard 3 years into her business and had gone from her home studio with 1 bed and 1 table and was already on the cusp of growth but she wasn't sure if she can afford it, how she can make it work and what steps she need it to take to move to the next level.

Tasha's New Salon Story

When we first met Tasha, she was an Independent Solo Stylist in her
own beautiful beach side boutique salon in Terrigal with 4 stations.


Tasha was new to being a business owner and realised very early on that she needed help to learn how to become profitable in the shortest amount of time possible.


She was busy but something wasn’t quite working.
She was overwhelmed and felt exhausted looking after all her clients on her own but couldn't find the right people to hire.


So we mapped out A Strategic Plan of Action for her goals in order to achieve them. This included a new value based pricing strategy, a time management plan, advertising to find a salon assistant and a casual senior stylist and create training plans for the stylists so they can build and grow their clientele that would take the business onto the next level and reduce the workload for Tasha.
