Meet Our Founders

Adrienne Varga

Vision Leader & Founder

Adrienne (Adri) grew up in Hungary before moving to Australia in 2001. She eventually became an Australian citizen in 2016 - too bad, Hungary. We have her now!


Adri is our Vision Leader and a Certified Coach through The American Board of Neuro Linguistic Programming. She is also a Keynote Speaker and Mindset and Leadership Mentor. Adri is an entrepreneur who has had numerous articles published in INSTYLE and Hair Biz magazines.


Adrienne has worked as a software developer, a director of import and export businesses, and in human resources recruiting. Adri is a stylist, master colourist, and accomplished business owner in her own right, having transformed the "hair salon she never wanted" into a money maker and booty shaker! (Creativity and strategy are strong attributes with this one.)


Our fearless Vision Leader is passionate about her food (lots of glorious, organic green food), her fur babies, wildlife reservations, and conservation, caring for Mother Earth by reducing her footprint on Gaia, and living her best Zen Life!


Adri puts her wellness and self-care first. She urges others to follow suit. You must first take care of yourself before you can take care of others!

Jodie Fielden

Conceptual Strategist & Founder

Jodie’s never been great at following orders, but she's always seemed to excel as a creative, strategic, big-picture, and conceptual thinker.
After completing an apprenticeship, she went on to become an award-winning hairstylist, master colourist and photo shoot specialist who managed her first salon at just 19.


Jodie has over 23 years of experience in Salon and Business Management. Jodie transitioned into the Financial Industry as a Product Services Adviser & Distributions Manager for a Global Asset Manager before purchasing her own Salon in 2008. Jodie holds a Statement of Attainment in Small Business.

Today, Jodie is married to the man nominated by friends and family as the “Most Patient Man on Earth." The happy couple lives in maternal bliss by the sea with their two amazing autistic children and their two fur babies.

Jodie loves to give back to the community and is passionate about creating an inclusive environment, so she makes time to volunteer as a surf lifesaver, is a driver of the rubber ducky (an IRB rescue craft), and Age manages the Inclusive Nippers Program she co-founded in 2018.
